MIA Drum Clinic
Musicians In Action established “Drumming Perspectives”, a clinic that addresses rudiments of drumming, technique, styles, theory, and introduction to commercial music including gaining endorsements. The Drum Clinic is designed for drummers of all ages and skill levels, whether beginning, intermediate or advanced. The positive outcomes and the popularity of the clinic with the mentees and the world-renowned drum mentors revealed the urgent need to continue and expand this program. Sessions consists of Sight-reading, Beginning Drumming, Master Classes, Touring, Percussion, and many others. Future clinics to be added under the title of” Arts Enrichment” include “Keyboards,” “Guitars” and other instruments. Some of our supporters have been Los Angeles County Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell, Guitar Center Foundation and others.
MIA Drum Clinic clinicians are some of the best drummers in the gospel and entertainment industry, known worldwide. They volunteer their time to teach and mentor those who attend.

MIA Drum Clinic is especially geared toward youth and young adults who are interested in learning the latest drumming techniques and/or enhancing their current drumming/percussion skills. They are taught by clinicians who are some of the best drummers in the gospel and entertainment industry, known worldwide, who volunteer their time to teach and mentor those who attend.
